Ever feel like you’re capable of more — but stuck on how to get there? That’s the question I help people answer.

With a 24-year career rooted in psychology and counselling, I bring a rare blend of clinical insight and real-world practice to my coaching and consulting work. I earned my master’s in counselling psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in 2000, and later completed a diploma in career counseling at George Brown College in 2014.

Before going into private practice, I spent years working as a research coordinator—managing large scale studies on Bipolar Disorder and Psychotic Depression at institutions like CAMH and Sunnybrook Hospital. That work honed my analytical precision and attention to detail.

In 2015, I began working as a registered psychotherapist in Ontario, contracted through employee assistance programs and other agencies. My practice spanned doing assessments and report writing, pain management and counselling clients who were recovering from motor vehicle and work-related accidents — all aimed at restoring function and supporting recovery.

I’m now practicing as a certified executive coach, trained through Symbiosis Coaching — an ICF-accredited program based in the United States. My work spans executive coaching, professional consulting, and transformational life coaching whether that’s leading a team, building a career, or reinventing yourself. I’m bringing the same rigor and care I applied in therapeutic settings to helping leaders and individuals navigate change, make decisions with confidence, and grow into who they want to become.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me on a yoga mat, walking trails, or chasing the golden hour ✨ anything that restores a sense of peace and calm. I travel when I can, and seeing the Northern Lights is still on my bucket list. I believe the best coaching happens when the coach has a life worth living.
